? Key Responsibilities
• High-Volume Outreach: Call the maximum number of leads and prospects daily to schedule appointments with clients.
• Speed to the Lead: Ensure all fresh leads are called immediately during designated hours.
• Lead Qualification: Evaluate appointments based on set criteria to determine readiness, motivation, financing, and overall fit.
• Lead Nurturing: Conduct persistent follow-ups until appointments are secured, following established database rhythms and cadences.
• Omnichannel Communication: Promptly respond to inbound calls, text messages, and emails from prospects.
• Script & Objection Mastery: Follow sales scripts to deliver strong value propositions and confidently handle objections.
• CRM Management: Update the CRM system with accurate and relevant information after every single interaction.
• Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage the calendar of appointments seamlessly.
• Reporting: Maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reporting.
• Continuous Growth: Participate in ongoing sales skill and professional development.

• Experience: Proven track record with previous appointment-setting experience (Required).
• Communication: Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Phone Confidence: Highly comfortable making phone calls, memorizing scripts, and delivering dynamic pitches.
