Implement system testing to improve system performance through test design, matrix testing, test execution and bug analysis to ensure software efficiency. Provides recommendations for software improvement before its implementation.
Key Responsibilities
• Evaluate engineer specifications, elaborate a testing plan and prepare a test case plan to verify the correct operation of the MES system.
• Has close communication with system users to understand their needs and be able to propose solutions to ensure the system's reliability.
• Supports automation processes to perform data verification tests to ensure reliability in manufacturing processes.
• Works closely with Engineering and Manufacturing to identify probable risks in system operation.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
• Degree in Engineering, area related to the position.
• 3+ years of experience in the field and/or related field
• Knowledge of CNC, JDE, SAP or PeopleSoft
• Experience in the administration of Windows Server and LAN support
