Reporting to QA Regional Manager
Key Responsibilities
Quality Assurance
• Lead and maintain the Quality Management System and ensure compliance with applicable standards and customer requirements.
• Oversee quality processes, procedures, documentation,
and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead internal and external audits and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor quality KPIs, customer complaints, deviations, CAPAs, and root-cause analysis.
• Work closely with Production, R&D;, QC, Operations, and other areas to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with applicable food safety and quality regulations and certifications.
EHS
• Lead the Environmental, Health & Safety strategy and ensure compliance with Mexican legislation and applicable standards.
• Maintain and continuously improve EHS policies, procedures, risk assessments, and safety programs.
• Coordinate safety inspections, incident investigations, corrective actions, and preventive measures.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure employees receive appropriate EHS training.
