Smart Services Manager

Are you excited by the intersection of paid media, technology, and customer enablement? As a Smart Services Manager at Smartly, you’ll work directly with some of our largest advertisers to implement, adopt,



and scale Smartly across their paid media programs.

This is a hands-on, technical, and customer-facing role where you’ll lead campaign and platform implementations, solve complex workflow challenges, and help customers build scalable ways of working. You’ll collaborate with customers, major media platforms, and teams across Smartly to help advertisers get more value from our technology and build the skills to use it successfully.

What You Will Do

•
Lead the implementation of paid media campaigns and workflows across major digital advertising platforms, including Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Google, Snapchat, Reddit, Amazon DSP, and others.

Build and configure campaign structures, audiences, feeds, catalogs, creative setups, reporting views, and automation workflows in Smartly.

Translate customer requirements into clear implementation plans, launch timelines, and scalable operating processes, owning QA and launch read
