Job Description

To support this mission, Syngenta’s Commercial Team is seeking a Sales Manager – Passive Greenhouse (PGH)



in Guadalajara, Puebla, Culiacán or Querétaro. The Commercial Manager – Passive Greenhouse is accountable for leading the PGH business in Mexico, translating strategy and market insights into clear commercial priorities, developing a high-performing team, and delivering sustainable business results through disciplined execution.

• Lead, develop and engage a high-performing PGH commercial team, with clear priorities, expectations and accountability.
• Build a culture of trust, transparency, collaboration and open communication.
• Coach and develop talent while strengthening capabilities and succession.
