American Express General Business Travel is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to support our recruiting efforts. In this role, you'll partner with our recruitment team by compiling offer letters, processing background checks, assisting with job postings for requisitions, and taking on other projects as they arise. We're seeking someone with previous HR or recruiting coordinator experience, a strong work ethic, a sense of urgency, and the ability to multitask effectively. You'll need to be reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently. We're looking for candidates with three or more years of experience in business administration, HR, or recruitment.
What you would do on a typical day:
• Support administration of our yearly talent review and succession planning process, including sending communications,



updating presentations and reports, and tracking process activities
• Assist in communications and engagement projects and activities that drive our culture
• Draft colleague communications relating to talent initiatives for publishing on our corporate intranet
• Support all facets of talent acquisition, including sourcing, scheduling, offer generation, and onboarding support
• Process and track all background checks and I-9 documents to ensure a compliant onboarding experience
• Lead and support ad hoc projects such as job description audits, competency interviewing assessments, talent analytics reporting, and virtual workshop facilitations

What we're looking for:
