• The ideal candidate will have/be:
Minimum education level: Preferably Bachelor’s Degree in Administration or Industrial Relations.
Experience :
• Minimum 2 years into Faurecia Human Resources processes.
• Knowledge in recruitment and selection process, Performance review, events organization, Job descriptions, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, Labor Law.
• Personnel Services administration.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office, Outlook, Internet.
• Ability to build and manage a budget.
• Application of competencies interviews.
• Advanced English required.
