Your Role

As a Campaign Technology Engineer at Capgemini, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-scale marketing automation and customer engagement solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Acting as a bridge between Campaign Operations, Customer Data Platform (CDP) teams, Analytics, and Marketing stakeholders, you will build and optimize customer journeys, audience activation processes, campaign automations, and data-driven marketing experiences. This role requires a strong technical foundation in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, SQL, customer data management, and campaign orchestration.

You will help deliver personalized, scalable,



and compliant customer communications while driving operational excellence across the MarTech ecosystem.

Responsibilities & Scope

Campaign Automation & Journey Orchestration

• Design, configure, test, deploy, and support customer journeys using Journey Builder.

• Build and maintain campaign workflows, automated processes, and customer engagement programs.

• Configure journey entry criteria, audience qualification rules, decision splits, suppression logic, and exit strategies.

• Support triggered communications, direct-mail triggers, and multi-channel customer activation initiatives.

• Ensure reliable execution of customer journeys across production environments.

Marketing Cloud Engineering

• Develop and maintain Automation Studio workflows, schedules, file transfers, imports, exports, queries, and automation activities.
