About The Role
As a Claims Reporting Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers reporting a loss. You’ll gather essential information, explain the claims process in a clear and empathetic way, and route calls or documentation to the appropriate teams.

What You’ll Do
• Establish rapport with customers and gather details to file First Notice of Loss (FNOL) claims.
• Provide clear explanations of the claims process and next steps.
• Receive, screen, and route incoming phone calls and electronic correspondence.
• Communicate with customers and third parties to obtain or provide claim‑related information.
• Accurately document customer interactions following established guidelines.
