5 years of experience in:
• Trade Marketing, Commercial Marketing, or Channel Development, preferably within the consumer packaged goods (CPG), food & beverage, or coffee shop industries.

• Designing and executing commercial strategies and promotional activities at the point of sale (POS).

• Brand management, product launches, and the development of communication materials for commercial channels.





• Coordinating projects with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and external agency teams.

• Analyzing commercial performance, managing budgets, and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).

Technical Knowledge:
• Trade marketing strategy planning and point-of-sale (POS) execution.

• Understanding of sales channels, consumer behavior, and coffee market trends.

• Sales performance analysis, market share tracking, return on investment (ROI), and other commercial performance indicators.

• Budget management and evaluation of promotional campaigns.

• Proficiency in Excel and presentation and data analysis tools.

Activities:
• Develop and execute the Trade Marketing plan for Costa Coffee, aligned with the brand’s and business’s strategic objectives.

• Design promotional initiatives and point-of-sale experiences that drive brand visibility, product trial, and sales growth.
