About the RoleWe are looking for a professional, bilingual Wedding & Events Sales Manager to join our growing team.
This is a full-time, fully remote position focused on managing inbound leads, building strong client relationships, developing new business opportunities, and guiding clients through the full sales cycle.
The idóneo candidate has proven sales experience and, preferably, a background in wedding planning, event planning, hospitality, event services, or the luxury service industry.
This role involves communicating directly with U.S.-based clients, so strong professional English is essential. The ability to communicate naturally, confidently,



and professionally in English — both verbally and in writing — is a key requirement for this position. Spanish fluency is also required.
What You’ll Do• Manage and respond to inbound leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email
• Conduct client consultations to understand their needs, preferences, budget, and event vision
• Develop and present tailored proposals, packages, and quotes
• Follow up consistently with prospects and guide them through the complete sales process
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to company growth
• Maintain accurate client information, follow-ups, and sales activity in the CRM
• Collaborate closely with designers, florists, coordinators, and production teams to ensure a seamless client experience
• Support event planning and management to ensure successful event execution
