We’re looking for a creative, data-driven, and culture-savvy Social Media Manager to lead Infinix’s social strategy across multiple platforms. If you’re passionate about technology, youth culture, and storytelling that inspires real engagement, this role is for you.

Your mission:
position Infinix as the most dynamic and culturally relevant smartphone brand in Mexico and Latin America.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a high-impact social media strategy aligned with brand positioning and marketing goals.
• Manage official brand accounts (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube), ensuring consistent tone, creativity, and quality across channels.
• Lead content planning and production, including campaigns, influencer collaborations, and real-time trend activations .
• Work closely with global and local teams to adapt and localize general campaigns for the Mexican market .
• Partner with KOLs, creators, and gaming communities to boost engagement and product awareness .Track key metrics (reach, engagement, growth, sentiment)



and deliver monthly performance reports with insights and optimization plans .
• Manage social media budgets, including paid boosting, influencer fees, and production costs .Stay on top of industry trends, competitor activities, and local cultural movements to keep the brand fresh and relevant .

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field .
• 3+ years of experience managing social media for consumer brands, smartphone or tech industry experience is a must.
• Proven success in growing social accounts organically and through paid campaigns .
• Deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram algorithms, features, and best practices .
• Strong creative skills in copywriting, video ideation, and campaign planning .
• Proficient with social analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, Sprout Social, etc.)
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken) .
