As a Sr. Associate Business Planning and Financial Analysis supporting the IT team, you will execute core financial processes, including forecasting, month-end closing, vendor and PO management, and annual planning. The idóneo candidate will be comfortable working cross-functionally with Finance, Line Owners, and Functional Leadership, and will serve as a key user and administrator of the Reveal Forecast tool.

function, you will be trusted to deliver financial transactions and provide insights to enable strategic decision-making through accurate planning, forecasting, and analysis at our Mexico City office (hybrid).

In this role, a typical day will include:

Forecasting & Financial Planning
• Maintain and update monthly service expenditure forecasts in forecasting tool.
• Conduct forecast review meetings with Line Owners and submit monthly forecasts to Finance.
• Match actuals to forecasts and define reconciliation rules.
• Calculate personnel costs and support month-end close activities.
• Monitor financial variances and provide explanations to stakeholders.

Month-End Close & Accruals
• Interface with Finance during Month-End Close.
• Prepare Purchase Orders accrual estimates and submit manual accruals.
• Support variance analysis and financial health reviews with Function Leadership.
