Associate The opportunity We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst
with expertise in SAP SuccessFactors and Data Integration to drive
Talent projects forward. The successful candidate will play a
crucial role in gathering requirements, analyzing business
processes, and ensuring the seamless integration of SAP
SuccessFactors with other systems and data sources, contributing to
the success of our Talent initiatives. Your key responsibilities ·
Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to
understand and document detailed requirements for Talent projects,
including SAP SuccessFactors modules and data integration needs ·
Process Analysis: Analyze existing Talent processes, identify areas
for improvement, and recommend solutions that leverage SAP
SuccessFactors and other technologies to enhance efficiency and
effectiveness · System Integration: Work closely with technical
teams to design and implement data integration solutions, ensuring




the accurate and secure flow of data between SAP SuccessFactors and
other systems · Documentation: Create comprehensive and clear
business requirement documents, process maps, use cases, and other
relevant documentation to guide project implementation · Testing
and Validation: Develop test plans, scenarios, and conduct testing

Communication: Facilitate effective communication between business
