About the Role

Nuestro cliente está buscando un Diseñador Gráfico de Experiencias Deportivas VR/AR con gran talento creativo para unirse a su equipo de manera totalmente remota. Serás responsable de concebir y dar vida a los entornos visuales, interfaces de usuario y elementos gráficos que definirán nuestras experiencias inmersivas en Realidad Virtual y Aumentada aplicadas al deporte. Este rol es fundamental para crear narrativas visuales impactantes y funcionales que mejoren la interacción del usuario y sumerjan a los deportistas y aficionados en mundos virtuales dinámicos. Buscamos a un artista con un ojo excepcional para el detalle, una comprensión profunda de la estética VR/AR y una pasión por la innovation en el cruce entre deporte y tecnología.

Key Responsibilities

- Diseñar y crear activos gráficos 2D y 3D (texturas, modelos, interfaces) para entornos de Realidad Virtual y Aumentada deportiva.
- Colaborar estrechamente con desarrolladores de software y diseñadores de experiencia de usuario para asegurar la coherencia visual y funcional.
- Desarrollar conceptos visuales, storyboards y prototipos para experiencias VR/AR.
- Optimizar los activos gráficos para garantizar un rendimiento fluido en diversas plataformas de VR/AR.
- Crear una identidad visual atractiva y coherente para cada experiencia deportiva inmersiva.
- Mantenerse al día con las últimas tendencias en diseño gráfico, VR/AR y arte digital.

Requirements

- Portafolio sólido que demuestre experiencia en diseño gráfico, con un enfoque en diseño para VR/AR o entornos interactivos.
- Dominio de software de diseño gráfico estándar de la industria (ej. Adobe Creative Suite, Blender, Maya).
- Comprensión de los principios de diseño de UI/UX para experiencias inmersivas.
- Experiencia trabajando con motores de juego como Unity o Unreal Engine es una ventaja.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma en un equipo remoto.
- Pasión por el deporte y la innovación tecnológica en experiencias inmersivas.

- Partner with onshore Credit, Collections, and Dispute Resolution leaders to support strategic priorities.

Continuous Improvement

- Identify process inefficiencies and lead small improvement projects to enhance dispute turnaround and collections performance.
- Support adoption and optimization of HighRadius & Emagia tools and automation features.
- Provide recommendations on workflow improvements and customer issue prevention.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in AR Collections activities and/or related O2C roles.
- Working knowledge of HighRadius (CLS, DMS, EIPP) and SAP S/4HANA.
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Experience interacting with external customers as well as with internal Sales, Customer Service, and Finance stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation and customer relationship management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous leadership experience (team lead or supervisory responsibilities).
- Shared services or multinational business experience.
- Understanding of collections strategies and KPI management.
- Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
