- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on robotic and electromechanical systems.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical hardware issues.
- Inspect and repair components such as wiring, connectors, sensors, actuators, joints, and power systems.
- Replace, calibrate, and validate components after repairs.
- Support equipment setup, teardown, and reconfiguration.
- Perform pre-shift and post-shift equipment inspections.
- Respond quickly to equipment issues during production.
- Use multimeters and basic electrical test equipment for troubleshooting.
- Perform basic soldering and electrical repairs.
- Document maintenance activities, equipment failures, and parts usage.
- Identify recurring failures and support preventive maintenance improvements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Hands-on experience repairing mechanical and electrical systems.
- Experience using hand tools and power tools.
- Experience with multimeters and basic electrical test equipment.
- Basic soldering skills.
- Ability to disassemble, repair, and reassemble complex mechanical equipment.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to follow technical procedures and safety standards.
- English and Spanish proficiency required.
- Availability to work onsite in a production environment.
