- Source, quote, and purchase furniture, tools, fixtures, consumables, and other materials.
- Coordinate with local vendors, suppliers, and contractors.
- Track purchase orders, deliveries, and installation timelines.
- Support warehouse modifications and space build-outs.
- Maintain inventory of commonly used items and coordinate reordering as needed.
- Troubleshoot sourcing, availability, and delivery issues and find alternatives quickly.
- Coordinate with Operations and technical teams.
- Ensure spaces, materials, and installations are ready according to established timelines.

- Experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Operations, Facilities, Project Coordination, or related areas.
- Experience working with vendors and/or contractors.
- Ability to coordinate multiple vendors and activities simultaneously.
- Strong organizational, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
- High school diploma required; technical or business training is a plus.
- English proficiency required..
- Availability to work onsite.
