What you’ll do

As anAccount Executive , you’ll own Qureos’s commercial expansion across Mexico and the wider LatAm market.

You’ll:

- Own thefull sales cycle , from prospecting and discovery to demos, negotiation, and closing.

- Build and manage a pipeline ofmid-market and enterprise accounts .

- Engage withHR, Talent Acquisition, and senior business leaders .

- Run consultative discovery calls and demos focused on solving real hiring challenges.

- Work closely with Marketing, SDRs, and Customer Success to drive conversions.

- Keep CRM data and forecasting accurate.

- Identify partnerships and new opportunities to grow across LatAm.

- Help shape ourgo-to-market strategy as we expand beyond Mexico.

What we’re looking for





- 2–6 years of B2B or SaaS sales experience with full-cycle closing responsibility.

- Strong knowledge of theMexican market and broader LatAm business landscape .

- A proven track record ofhitting sales quotas .

- Experience selling tomid-market and enterprise customers .

- Experience inHR Tech, AI, SaaS, recruitment tech, or similar is a strong plus.

- Portuguese is a plus.

- Experience with CRMs such asHubSpot or Salesforce .

- A self-starter mindset and the ability to thrive in an early-stage, fast-growing environment.
