Our client is one of the leading advertising agencies in the iGaming industry, specifically within the gambling and betting sectors. The agency specializes in generating highquality traffic for leading companies in the industry and is currently looking for a Support Manager to join their team. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for representing the company in communication with clients, providing professional, friendly, and personalized support. This is a 100 remote position, open to candidates from anywhere in Brazil.

Work Schedule
Employees work 16 shifts per month on a 2on 2off schedule two working days followed by two days off.
Typical shift distribution
10 day shifts.
6 night shifts.




Responsibilities
Providing professional and friendly customer support, ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Responding to questions and requests via chat.
Providing accurate and detailed information about the companys products and services.
Resolving issues and complaints quickly and efficiently.
Maintaining a professional and solutionoriented approach in all situations.
Working closely with other departments to ensure customer requests are resolved within the required timeframe.

Requirements
Previous experience in customer service, support, or related areas.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese.
Strong negotiation and problemsolving skills.
Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
Strong customer orientation and focus on service quality.
Ability to work remotely and collaborate effectively with distributed teams.
Availability to work rotating shifts.
