Jamieson Group is looking for an experienced Appointment Setter to join our business development team.
Based in Mexico and working from home, you will support Jamieson Group’s business development activity across the Americas.

The Role
This is a hands-on outbound role. Your primary responsibility will be to cold call C-level and senior executives within the mining and related industries and secure qualified meetings for our senior executive team.
This is also a target-driven role. You will be expected to work consistently toward agreed performance targets, including outbound call activity and qualified meetings booked. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working to clear performance targets,
accountable for their results and motivated by achieving them.
You will be targeting senior decision-makers across the Americas, so we are looking for someone who is confident picking up the phone, comfortable speaking with executives, and persistent in reaching the right people.
Key Responsibilities
• Make proactive outbound calls to prospective clients, with a strong focus on C-level and senior mining executives
• Introduce Jamieson Group clearly and confidently and create enough interest to secure an initial meeting
• Navigate receptionists, executive assistants and other gatekeepers to reach key decision-makers
• Follow up prospects by phone, email, LinkedIn and other appropriate channels
• Research companies and contacts before approaching them
• Book qualified meetings for Jamieson Group’s business development team
• Maintain accurate records of calls, contacts, follow-ups and meetings in our CRM
