About the Role
One Call is looking for a detailoriented and analytical Provider Data Analyst to join our team in Monterrey.
This position is responsible for the initial setup, loading, maintenance, and ongoing management of provider demographic, credentialing, and contracting information within the appropriate OneCall systems. The role ensures the accuracy, integrity, and availability of provider data while supporting business operations and regulatory requirements.
The idóneo candidate is highly organized, analytical, comfortable working with large amounts of information, and able to communicate effectively with internal teams and external providers.

Key Responsibilities
Provider Data Management 50
Accurately load, enter, update, maintain, and validate provider data within OneCall systems.
Manage provider demographic, credentialing, contracting, and related information.
Activate, deactivate, and terminate provider records according to established policies and procedures.
Research, review, confirm, and make updates to provider information as requested.
Respond to inquiries and issues related to provider information and data accuracy.
Contact providers and other stakeholders by phone or email to obtain, clarify, or validate information.
Perform validation activities and quality checks to ensure provider data is complete and accurate.
Maintain appropriate documentation and records of provider data changes.
Data Integrity Compliance 25
Maintain accurate databases and reporting related to provider network compliance and regulatory requirements.
Ensure provider data meets established accuracy, completeness, and quality standards.
Participate in reconciliation processes, data audits, and reviews of provider information.
Identify and investigate discrepancies between systems or data sources.




Ensure compliance with applicable policies and procedures when entering, updating, or loading provider data.
Escalate discrepancies, incomplete information, or requests that do not comply with established policies.
Additional Responsibilities
Support datarelated projects, process improvements, and system initiatives.
Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve provider data issues.
Maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information.
Follow One Calls established provider data management processes and procedures.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Required Qualifications
2 years of experience in data management, data analysis, data quality, data entry, master data, or a related field.
Experience working with databases and or information management systems.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies or inconsistencies in data.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other business applications.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
