Do you have solid experience in manufacturing engineering, cost optimization, and leading technical teams We are seeking an Engineering Coordinator with a strategic vision and a focus on continuous improvement.

Your primary mission will be to generate and drive improvement initiatives to solve inprocess quality issues, optimize tool life, and coordinate strategies to achieve savings targets and reduce the accounts operational costs.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership Management Coordinate, supervise, and establish schedules for Tooling Engineers Junior and indevelopment. Manage their requests, paid time off PTO, overtime, and work tools.

Cost Reduction Strategies Develop methodologies to improve tool life, coordinate the sites top 10 cost rankings, and present technical and economic solutions to clients.

Continuous Improvement Quality Identify and analyze bottlenecks or process deviations to establish action plans. Oversee the execution of lean manufacturing and operational optimization initiatives.

Technical Documentation Control Supervise the development, updating, and validation of the PFEP prior to final client and organizational signoff.

Key Support Relationship Management Form onsite technical support teams with suppliers and client specialists to resolve issues.



Actively participate in productivity meetings and maintain open communication channels with clients.

Requirements Qualifications

Education Bachelors degree, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Required Work Experience Verifiable

3 years of experience in the metalworking and or automotive industry.

2 years of experience working with cutting tools, clamping workholding fixtures, and spare parts.

2 years interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, tolerances, and specifications.

1 year applying Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, JIT, or SMED methodologies.

1 year of handson knowledge in machining, assembly, painting processes, and CNC machinery.

1 year managing, supervising, and developing direct reports.

1 year analyzing unit pricing, unit cost estimation, and budget management.
