Position Overview:

Remote People is looking for a creative, commercially minded Growth & Field Marketing Manager to make our brand more human, engaging, and recognizable while building a stronger field marketing program.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can turn ideas into high-quality content, compelling events,



and meaningful commercial outcomes. You will own organic social, particularly LinkedIn, create video-first brand content, and develop events and activations that help drive conversations and pipeline.

Working closely with Sales, leadership, customers, and external partners, you will help tell the Remote People story in a more distinctive and memorable way.

Key Responsibilities:

Own and grow Remote People’s organic social presence, with a primary focus on LinkedIn.

•
Create engaging, video-first content, including short-form videos, employee and customer stories, executive thought leadership, and recurring social concepts.

Help develop a more modern, differentiated, and human external brand.

•
Own field marketing strategy and execute events across priority markets.

•
Manage event selection, sponsorships, activations, logistics, vendors, and on-site execution.
