About the Role
As a Key Account Manager Jr. you will contribute to Manage, strengthen, and develop business relationships with the company's strategic customers, driving sales growth, maximizing the profitability of assigned accounts, and ensuring comprehensive account management that contributes to achieving business objectives and customer satisfaction. What You Will Do
· Manage assigned key accounts to achieve sales, profitability, and market share objectives.




· Develop and maintain strong relationships with multiple levels within retailers’ commercial organizations to support business growth and commercial execution.
· Design and implement account business plans aligned with sales, profitability, and market share targets.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain, to ensure effective execution of commercial strategies.
· Partner with distributors to optimize commercial performance and category management.
· Analyze KPIs, market trends, and competitive activities to identify opportunities and support data-driven decision-making.
· Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and commercial analyses to support business planning and account performance.
· Monitor key business metrics, including POS, market share, ASP, margin, and inventory turnover, to identify growth opportunities and improve results.
