Eaton’s ES AMER PCS division is currently seeking a Supply Chain Manager.
What you’ll do:

The Materials Operations Manager is responsible for leading the strategy and execution of site materials operations, internal logistics, inventory control, production scheduling, and warehousing activities, ensuring alignment with the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and the SIOP process.

This position is responsible for ensuring the efficient flow of materials from raw material receiving through finished goods shipment, enabling the achievement of customer service, inventory, productivity, and profitability objectives.

Additionally, the role leads the Production Planning, Warehouse, Shipping, Receiving, Inventory Control, Direct,Indirect Purchasing, and MRO teams, Lead material planning and execution strategies across multiple manufacturing models, including Engineer-to-Order (ETO), Configure-to-Order (CTO), Make-to-Order (MTO), and Make-to-Stock (MTS), Lead the Clear to Build (CTB) process to proactively identify material shortages, supply risks,



and capacity constraints that could impact production schedules and customer deliveries driving continuous improvement throughout supply chain processes and ensuring the effective execution of the business's operational strategies.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Define and implement the site's materials operations strategy to ensure achievement of service, inventory, productivity, and profitability objectives.
• Lead the Planning, Warehouse, Shipping, Receiving, Inventory Control, Direct,Indirect Purchasing/MRO teams.
• Lead material planning and execution strategies across multiple manufacturing models, including Engineer-to-Order (ETO), Configure-to-Order (CTO), Make-to-Order (MTO), and Make-to-Stock (MTS).
• Lead the Clear to Build (CTB) process to proactively identify material shortages, supply risks, and capacity constraints that could impact production schedules and customer deliveries
