Role Description This full-time, on-site Marketing Analyst role is based in Benito Juárez, CMX. The Marketing Analyst will collect, organize, and analyze marketing and sales data to identify trends, measure campaign performance, and support data-driven decisions. The role includes preparing regular reports and dashboards, interpreting analytics to provide insights and recommendations, and collaborating with marketing and sales teams to optimize campaigns and customer journeys. The Marketing Analyst will support forecasting, segmentation, and performance tracking, while ensuring data accuracy and consistency across systems. The role also involves clear communication of findings to stakeholders and contributing to continuous improvement of marketing strategies and processes.

• Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field; experience in healthcare or insurance is beneficial.
• Candidates should possess professional fluency in Spanish; English proficiency is an advantage for regional and integral collaboration.
