Manufacturing Coordinator

Education
Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
Degree completed.

Experience
5 years of experience in leadership positions within manufacturing.

Objective
Coordinate and ensure the proper operation of manufacturing processes, personnel, production activities, and compliance with quality and productivity standards.

Requirements
Advanced English.
Availability to commute to the plant by own means.
Experience in manufacturing processes and production floor operations.

Main Responsibilities
Coordination and supervision of manufacturing processes.
Management of operational and administrative personnel.
Monitoring of production processes and productivity.
Coordination with Production, Materials, Purchasing, Planning, and Logistics.
Resource and budget management.
Preparation of executive reports.




Problemsolving and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes.
Knowledge
Intermediate or advanced Excel pivot tables, formulas, charts, and data analysis.
IATF 16949.
Manufacturing processes and production floor management.

Skills
Leadership and team coordination.
Problemsolving.
Data analysis and decisionmaking.
Conflict management.
Effective communication.
Organization and priority followup.

Schedule Monday to Friday.
