ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a Mid-level Front-End Engineer to build and improve user interfaces for a cloud workload and data mobility Saa S platform. MUST HAVES Solid hands-on experience with React . Experience implementing and consuming REST APIs . Working knowledge of the software product development lifecycle, including design and feedback iterations with Figma, wireframes and mockups. Strong programming and troubleshooting skills. Exceptional teamwork skills. Excellent organizational skills; able to handle and prioritize multiple tasks. Clear verbal and written communication with internal employees and external customers. NICE TO HAVES Linux/Windows installation and configuration, including networking and storage setup.
Practical experience as a software developer with AWS, Azure, GCP, Open Shift and/or VMware v Sphere. Consuming REST APIs from Spring Framework. Jira, Git Hub and Gerrit. WHAT YOU WILL DO Iterate on front-end improvements. Work with the UI/UX team and product management to design new features and improve existing ones. Turn mockups and designs into front-end code. Integrate the user interface with REST APIs, both internal and 3rd party. Participate in code reviews. Work with quality engineering and take part in the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC). Work directly with product management, product engineers, quality engineers and Dev Ops engineers on scalable, enterprise-class Saa S applications for the cloud.
