WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US In the Saa S delivery team you will work with experienced colleagues who are experts in providing solutions and services to the Sim Corp market units globally. The combination of market experience in the area of regulations and Sim Corp Dimension expertise creates an environment of quick learning. Sim Corp's global reach will give you exposure to different market units and multiple parts of Sim Corp's internal organization. The Saa S Delivery team provides a broad range of services including NAIC Reporting. We are looking for a Business Consultant who assumes responsibility for keeping Sim Corp's solution updated in collaboration with the NAIC Reporting Team and colleagues in different Sim Corp locations. WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR Implementation and maintenance of configuration solutions based on Sim Corp Dimension for the US insurance industry. Support maintenance and enhancement of Sim Corp's NAIC solution in close collaboration with other team members and departments. Analyze new and upcoming NAIC requirements and run impact assessments on Sim Corp Dimension.



Participate in workshop sessions with the clients, presenting configuration enhancements, discussing new developments, gathering requirements. Implementation and maintenance of our solutions for North American clients. Create, maintain and run test cases. Verify results of reconciliation. Create and enhance the documentation of the NAIC solution. On the job training with the clients. WHAT WE VALUE We expect you to hold several of the following and be able to - and interested in - learning the rest. An academic degree in Mathematics/IT, Physics or similar. Sound technical knowledge and understanding (knowing e.g. SQL and programming languages like Visual Basic). Collaboration and communication skills. Outstanding analytical skills and an organized way of thinking alongside an initiative-driven perspective. The skill to perform effectively whether collaborating with others or working solo. A high drive and the ability to prioritize between multiple stakeholders in a changing global environment. Fluency in spoken and written English. Nice to have: Experience with Sim Corp Dimension or any other investment management software. Programming languages and software development experience. Knowledge of financial instruments or the asset management business and processes. Experience working in a globally distributed organization.
