Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to lead the Out Systems AI Pod, driving the design, development, and delivery of enterprise‑grade low‑code applications integrated with AI capabilities. The adecuado candidate will provide technical leadership, mentor developers, establish best practices, and collaborate with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high‑performing applications. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and development of enterprise applications using Out Systems. Define technical architecture, coding standards, and development best practices. Integrate AI capabilities, REST APIs, and enterprise systems into Out Systems applications. Lead code reviews, technical design sessions, and solution architecture discussions. Collaborate with UX/UI designers, QA engineers, and business stakeholders. Drive Agile delivery, sprint planning, estimation, and technical mentoring. Ensure application performance, scalability, security,



and maintainability. Support CI/CD pipelines, Dev Ops practices, and production deployments. Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical guidance. Required Skills 8+ years of software development experience. 5+ years of hands‑on Out Systems development. Strong knowledge of Out Systems architecture, Service Studio, Integration Studio, and Lifetime. Experience integrating REST/SOAP APIs and external systems. Experience with AI integrations (Azure Open AI, Open AI APIs, or similar is preferred). Strong knowledge of SQL, database design, and performance optimization. Experience with Azure or AWS cloud environments. Agile/Scrum experience. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
