Guide customers through clear technical steps. Analyze routers and modems to identify root causes. Resolve issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.



Educate customers on service enhancements. REQUIREMENTS (Mandatory) High school diploma Advanced English (B2+) Comfortable speaking 100% in English 6+ months experience in technical support (call center).
