About the Role:
The Senior Brand Manager is responsible for executing Subway Mexico's brand strategy on a day-to-day basis, translating the guidelines set by the Senior Brand Director into concrete campaigns, activations, and launches. They lead the creative and media development of ATL, BTL, Digital, and Influencer campaigns, coordinate the execution of the Innovation Pipeline, and monitor the performance of traffic, sales, and the brand budget. They act as the operational point of contact with agencies, vendors, and internal teams to ensure the brand is experienced consistently across all consumer touchpoints.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Brief, creation, and execution of ATL, BTL, Digital, and Influencer campaigns, including the building and management of media plans.
End-to-end management of marketing projects and coordination with Operations/Franchise for their execution at the restaurant level.
Development and execution of 360 activation plans,
including image and packaging development
Co-creation and execution of the Innovation Pipeline (product launches).
Traffic and sales forecasting; budget building and control, and updating of brand performance dashboards.
Core Competencies
Strategic thinking and the ability to translate strategy into tactical execution.
Negotiation skills with agencies and vendors.
Project management and the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Data analysis and brand performance metrics (traffic, sales, media ROI).
Creative judgment and brand sensibility.
Communication skills and collaborative work with multidisciplinary teams.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; intermediate-to-advanced English level.
Ability to work under pressure and with multiple stakeholders.
