This remote, full-time role operates on EST hours, with collaboration across Sales, Finance, Customer Success, Billing, and Operations.You will own retention strategies, reduce refunds, recover revenue, and drive loyalty through data-driven decisions and process improvements in a fast-paced Ed Tech environment.
