Job DescriptionThe Governance & Risk Systems Administrator will support the administration and day-to-day operations of One Trust Governance & AI, TPRM and Cookie and Consent solutions. This role will focus on workflow execution, supplier assessments, reporting, remediation tracking, documentation, and compliance support.Key ResponsibilitiesOne Trust Governance & AI SupportMaintain governance workflows and assessment templates.Support AI governance reviews and policy documentation.Assist with audit preparation and evidence collection.Monitor system activity and user requests.One Trust TPRM SupportAdminister supplier onboarding and reassessment workflows.Maintain questionnaires, risk scoring, and remediation tracking.Coordinate supplier documentation and compliance evidence.Monitor third-party risk metrics and escalation activities.One Trust Cookie and Consent SupportAdminister cookie consent banners, preference centers, and consent workflows.Maintain cookie categorizations, scanning schedules, and consent configurations.Monitor consent metrics, scan results,



and compliance reporting activities.Assist with troubleshooting website consent issues and user support requests.Reporting & DocumentationGenerate operational and executive reporting dashboards.Maintain SOPs and governance documentation.Assist with regulatory and compliance reporting support.Support user training and issue resolution.Skills and RequirementsRequired3-5 years of experience in governance, risk, compliance, or enterprise systems administrationOne Trust configuration experienceExperience with workflow platforms or Saa S administrationStrong organizational and analytical skillsExperience managing documentation and reportingPreferredExperience with ESG, sustainability, or supplier risk programsKnowledge of audit and compliance processesWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
