Supercharge your career with the support of a general team that empowers you to do your best work.We are looking for a talented Payroll Analyst to join our Payroll team for Cummins Services – HR Operations at Cummins Comercializadora in San Luis Potosí, SLP, Mexico.Work Modality: Hybrid, 3 days o site, 2 days home office.In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:Run and/or review payroll simulations to ensure expected results for on cycle and off cycle payroll runsIdentifies opportunities to improve payroll processes and accuracy.Perform data entry for inputs that aren't received through time and HR system interfaces (garnishments, tax adjustments, special payments or deductions)Perform calculations to ensure accurate coordination of pay for leaves that have part of payment paid by external government or benefits programsPerform pre and post payroll validations to account for variances and quality of employee paymentsManage escalation of Answers queries and explain pay calculations, tax witholding and other adjustments that conclude in net payDocument cases answered using comments that are clear and concise to provideTo be successful in this role,



you will need the following:Minimum 3-5 years of progressive payroll experience for a US multi-state employer with at least 5,000 employees.Minimum 1 year experience using SAP Payroll system or ADP GlobalView (Processing Services model).
