Join us as a Diabetes Educator and help deliver person‐centred, culturally responsive diabetes support across our communities.About the RoleAs a key member of our Primary Health Team, you will:Deliver high‐quality diabetes education to individuals, families, and groupsProvide outreach services to rural and remote communitiesBuild strong partnerships with GPs, Aboriginal Health Services and other stakeholdersSupport clients through coordinated, multidisciplinary careMentor students and contribute to best-practice modelsUse your expertise to improve accessibility and health outcomes for priority populationsThis role offers variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a genuine difference.What You'll BringTertiary qualification in Nursing, Dietetics, Podiatry, Pharmacy,
