We are looking for a Workday Testing Consultant who is passionate about working in a collaborative environment and has the ambition to be a driver for success.Requirements (What We're Looking For):Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Systems, Accounting/Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Required)Fluent in English (Required)B1/B2 travel visa (Required)Knowledge of project management technique, concepts, and tools (Required)Advanced knowledge of Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint programs (Required)System implementations experience with Workday or HCM system (Preferred)Experience with Smartsheet (Preferred)Prior consulting experience either as an Workday consultant or with a consulting/software company (Preferred)Excellent organization, time management, business development,



communication skills (written and oral), and ability to operate autonomouslyAbility to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneouslyStrong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oralAbility to interact and collaborate effectively with clients and co-workers in a positive manner that engenders confidence and trustGood problem solver with ability to consider alternative and diverse perspectivesResponsibilities (What You'll Do):Simultaneously manage testing activities for multiple Workday projects in a fast-paced environmentAlongside the clients project managers and/or client test lead, develop and execute a test strategy and test plans for each testing stage of the Workday methodologyPlan, schedule and track testing timelines and milestones using project management toolsEstablish metrics and dashboards using established TopBloc processesPublish test execution, defect summary and daily/weekly status report to all the stakeholderGenerates reports, correspondence, and presentation materials, spreadsheets and graphics and other similar materials using TopBloc tools and systemsCoordinate the scheduling and administration of testing with client counterpartsWork with TopBloc consultants to ensure timely resolution of testing issuesResponsible for day-to-day management and escalation of testing status,
