This role is idóneo for candidates looking to grow their career in IT support within a dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support to end users via ticketing system, email, and in person- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computer equipment and peripherals- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows/Linux)- Support Office 365 and other company systems- Assist in maintaining IT infrastructure including structured cabling and network components- Document issues, resolutions, and procedures- Collaborating with IT team members on ongoing projects and tasksRequirements:Education- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science,
