Your potential is our inspiration.As part of our RTR team, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, supporting operations across LATAM and North America.Your responsibilities will include:Preparing and reviewing journal entries and account reconciliationsSupporting month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activitiesEnsuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controlsAnalyzing financial data and identifying process improvement opportunitiesPartnering with cross-functional teams across LATAM and NOAM to deliver high-quality resultsContributing to a collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement and efficiencyWhat Makes You the Right FitBachelor's degree in Accounting or related fieldPrevious experience in RTR processes / General Ledger / Accounting operationsSolid understanding of financial principles and reportingIntermediate to advanced English (required)Portuguese is a plus.Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindsetAbility to collaborate effectively with cross-regional teamsHow Would You Stand Out?
