Today, we're the industry's leading innovator, providing complete turnkey processing and packaging lines for a variety of food production including snacks, French fries, confectionery and more.Click on to learn more about the organization.About the RoleTNA is looking for a General Accountant who will be responsible for the management of daily financial operations including reporting, analysing and communicating the financial position of TNA to management in a timely and accurate manner.With our office based in Querétaro, México, this position will be reporting directly into the Financial Controller – Americas.Key responsibilitiesYou will be responsible for, but not limited toMaintain high level of confidentiality regarding company personnel and financial informationResponsible to register and keep company books updated and accrual.Prepares regular financial and statistical reportsResponsible for Paperwork and submission for monthly taxes Federal and local, coordinates with EY and Audit for the Annual income tax submission, and EY Review for provisionals.Liaises regularly with bankers, auditors, debtors and creditorsMaintain Banks records and submit payments,



updated and ensure accuracy in weekly cash FlowMaintain Accounts for Vendor, Customer and Intercompany update reconciliated and Clean.Coordinate with AR to maintain the Reports and books updateINEGI Reports monthly submissionPrepare the Monthly Financial Management package and review with Manager or FC and Corporate.Coordinate monthly Payroll with P&C; and External Contractors and do the dispersion in bank.Upload the payments in BanksControlling Intercompany balances and Reconciliation updated.Review Month end Reports, Taxes and give feedback to General Manager and (FC when necessary)Coordinate and supply information for financial and tax Audit.Desired Knowledge, Skills and ExperienceQualifications and ExperienceQualified Accountant or CPA is preferredMinimum of 5 years financial accounting and taxes experience with some autonomyPerforming or auditing accounting data and the preparation of related financial reportsSound knowledge of generally accepted accounting theories, principles, methods and practicesAble to analyse and communicate qualitative and quantitative dataMaintain records and prepare reports and correspondence related to the workSkills & AbilitiesAbility to develop,
