• Develop, implement, and optimize RF test processes for PCBA and electronic products.
• Troubleshoot RF and electronic assembly issues at component and board levels.
• Analyze test data and identify root causes of failures using statistical and engineering methods.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, including test development and validation.
• Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, Process, and Design Engineering teams to improve product performance and yield.
• Validate test fixtures, equipment, and automated test systems.
• Ensure compliance with customer specifications, IPC standards, and manufacturing requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to test coverage, efficiency, and product reliability.
• Support failure analysis and corrective action implementation.
Qualitification:
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering,
Mechatronics Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in RF testing, electronics manufacturing, or test engineering.
• Strong knowledge of RF measurement equipment, including spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, signal generators, and oscilloscopes.
• Experience troubleshooting PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assemblies) at component level.
• Mandatory knowledge of IPC-A-610 for electronic assemblies and acceptability criteria.
• Understanding of SMT manufacturing processes and electronic components.
• Experience working in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal).
