We are currently recruiting a Advanced Permitting Specialist to join our team and contribute to key projects in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities
- Manage project documentation and ensure it is complete and ready for handover to the Engineering team.
- Support the identification of permitting requirements at local, state, and federal levels for assigned projects under supervision.
- Assist in preparing and submitting permit applications, including gathering technical documents and supporting data.
- Help ensure submitted plans and documents meet basic regulatory and code requirements.
- Maintain records, permit logs, and digital files following established company standards.
- Support communication with public agencies and project team members to follow up on routine requests.
- Research and summarize basic permit regulations, codes, and construction documents as directed.




- Assist in scheduling field inspections and maintaining activity logs.
- Help monitor regulatory changes and update project teams with guidance from senior staff.
- Perform administrative tasks and support report preparation as assigned
- Support preliminary assessments of solar, wind, and battery energy storage projects by compiling site, land, access, resource, and grid information.
- Gather inputs from engineering and external consultants for preliminary layouts, technical descriptions, schedules, and feasibility reviews.
- Assist in tracking environmental, social, land-use, generation, and interconnection requirements applicable to each project.
- Help coordinate consultant requests for proposals, compare deliverables against scope, and follow up on outstanding technical information.
- Update project milestones, permit trackers, budgets, and risk logs; flag missing documents and potential schedule impact
