The idóneo candidate will be an experienced educator, trainer, or professor with a strong background in creating and executing effective training programs. This role demands exceptional organizational skills, data analysis expertise, and a tech-savvy mindset. The Education Coordinator will work collaboratively with various teams and departments to assess training needs, develop educational materials, create reports, and enhance the learning experience within the firm. A key requirement is familiarity with AI-driven tools, including ChatGPT, and the ability to integrate such technologies into the training process, along with strong experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Key Responsibilities





Training Program Development
- Design, develop, and implement training programs tailored to various departments, ensuring content aligns with organizational goals and legal industry standards.
- Create instructional materials, such as manuals, handouts, and learning modules, to support ongoing professional development.

Assessment & Data Analysis
- Analyze training needs across teams and departments through regular consultations and performance evaluations.
- Collect and interpret data from training sessions, using insights to recommend improvements and measure effectiveness.
- Prepare detailed reports on training progress, attendance, outcomes, and areas for development.

Content Creation & Delivery
- Develop quizzes, tests, and other assessment tools to track employee learning and retention.
