Flex Guadalajara is seeking a Component Engineer to provide technical support and ownership of diverse components within the General Design Procurement organization. You will ensure continuity of supply, supplier readiness, and improvements in cost, delivery, and quality for Flex design and customers.
You will identify opportunities for redesign or substitution to reduce costs, improve reliability, and manage sourcing with preferred suppliers.
