You will oversee monthly close, balance sheet integrity, and KPI reporting while coordinating cross-functional teams and system improvements (SAP, SLAN, FIT/HFM).
You will build and guide a high-performing AER team, develop talent, and embed strong controls and compliance with policy and SOX requirements, while identifying opportunities to leverage
