Job Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and preparing new hire paperwork.
- Support HR Generalists with employee relations activities, such as data gathering, documentation, and scheduling meetings.
- Maintain and update HR information systems and employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist with benefits administration tasks, including answering employee inquiries and processing enrollment changes.
