Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the Softlines business across Apparel, Footwear, and Home categories.




- Develop and execute category growth plans aligned with business objectives, consumer needs and franchise strategies.
- Identify new product opportunities, drive innovation and expand distribution.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, retail trends, consumer insights and competitive activity to identify risks and opportunities.
- Lead regular business reviews with partners, including performance tracking, forecasts and action plans.
- Track and report key business KPIs including retail sales, royalty revenue, distribution, market share and franchise performance.
- Drive product development discussions, ensuring assortments meet brand standards, consumer needs and retailer expectations.
- Support retail sell-in initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with Creative, Product Design, Marketing, Brand Commercialization and other account managers to deliver integrated business plans.
