Job OverviewThe E-commerce Sales Manager is a customer-facing commercial role responsible for developing and executing the commercial strategy for assigned accounts. The position focuses on delivering profitable growth for a brand, channel, or category through effective customer management, data-driven decision-making, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute account-specific commercial plans aligned with sales, market share, and profitability objectives.
- Lead relationships with key customers, understand their priorities, and negotiate commercial agreements that create value for both parties.
- Identify growth opportunities in distribution, promotion, and category development across assigned accounts.
- Manage the sales forecast, commercial pipeline, and key performance indicators for each account.
- Analyze sales, market, and customer data to generate recommendations
