Key responsibilitiesImprovement by providing work preparation expertise when issues not managed at shop floor level by technical shop floor support.
- Optimize further development for production processes in continuous improvement activities.
- Evaluate industrial impac- Collaborative-Design to Manufacturing (Co-Design/Co-Indus).
- Contribute to all phases of the design to ensure industrial needs are taken into account.
- Push industrial requirements to Engineering & Supply Chain.

- Introduce Manufacturing best practice/ standardization into design to improve cost efficiency and competitiveness.
- Define the Build Process.
- Calculate the time at operation level.
- Manage Technical Sequencing.
- Specify industrial asset (Jigs, Tools, Tooling, Machines,…) requirements for creation or modification.
- Drive implementation of 1st installation with required shop floor feedback loops for manufacturing readiness (right first time).
- Plan regular feedback loops with the Production Team/TSFS and go to Gemba.
- Responsible for Delta FAI - Create / update routings / BoM / SOI taken into account shop floor needs, Time calculation and Work Preparation Rules.
- Provide standardized work (e.g. step standard; standard operations as far as possible).
- Implement Standard Time Value in Routings (if MTM is implemented in an area).
- Ensure manufacturing
