Plant Manager Assistant Position PurposeThe Plant Manager Assistant provides direct administrative, operational, and analytical support to the Plant Manager.



This position is responsible for coordinating plant-level initiatives, preparing executive reports and presentations, monitoring key performance indicators, facilitating cross-functional communication, and ensuring timely follow-up of strategic actions.

- Manage and coordinate the Plant Manager calendar, meetings, and priorities.
- Prepare executive presentations, reports, and business reviews.
- Coordinate leadership events, audits, and visits.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information.
- Consolidate and analyze plant performance metrics.
- Maintain dashboards and scorecards.
- Support OKR tracking and performance reviews.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
